Compatible with various sizes! Thickness and structure can be freely designed! Useful in various situations such as reducing strain in standing work environments and minimizing fall damage in nursing homes!
Since the original fabric can be produced in wide and large areas, it is possible to create free-size products in 1cm increments from it. Additionally, by freely selecting materials, not only the size but also shock absorption performance (G value), thermal insulation, soundproofing performance (LL value), thickness, and structure can be designed freely. It can be utilized in various situations, such as reducing foot strain in kitchens, stores, convenience stores, and factories, as well as minimizing damage during falls in hospitals and nursing homes. Furthermore, it is also possible to add functions such as anti-slip, water-repellent, and antibacterial properties. ■ Features - Size-free: S size, L size, 90cm width roll, 200cm width roll, etc. - Free design: Colors, designs, surface texture, thickness, shock absorption performance, and soundproofing performance can be freely designed. - Various function additions are possible: Anti-slip, antibacterial, water-repellent, etc. - Safe and secure: Developed and manufactured consistently at a single domestic location, ensuring safe and secure use. - Rapid supply system: Due to domestic integrated manufacturing, rapid supply such as same-day shipping is possible. ■ Structure - The basic structure consists of three layers: surface layer, foam layer, and back layer. - The foam layer primarily consists of polyurethane foam. ☆ For more details, please download the PDF or contact our representative!
