[Technical Recruitment] Technology to evaluate the effects of drugs on the muscle fibers around the anus.
We are seeking an animal model to evaluate the effects of drugs on the muscle fibers around the anus.
In the treatment of hemorrhoids (hemorrhoidal disease), it is necessary not only to suppress inflammation but also to repair the disruption of smooth muscle fibers in the anal cushions. However, most existing disease models replicate inflammation. On the other hand, in recent years, research on the regeneration and repair of muscle fibers has been actively conducted. Therefore, we decided to seek an animal model that can evaluate the effects of drugs on the muscle fibers around the anus, targeting researchers with deep insights into these areas. [Desired Techniques (Partial)] ■ Ability to evaluate the effects of drugs on the muscle fibers around the anus in vivo - Rats are preferred, but mice, guinea pigs, or rabbits are also acceptable - Ability to administer drugs orally and intravenously ■ It is desirable if an evaluation system is already established, but having specific ideas (that can be pursued) regarding the evaluation system is also acceptable. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
