A unique technology (patented) that incorporates functional oil into resin at a high ratio of 30%! It enables the production of fine molded products such as fibers and films!
"SROPE" is a masterbatch pellet for fiber and molding processing that applies technology capable of incorporating various functional agents into thermoplastic resins such as polyolefins at a high ratio of up to 30%. Unlike conventional methods that involve microencapsulating liquids and adhering them to surfaces, this technology blends the agents directly into the resin from the start, allowing for applications in fibers, films, sheets, injection molding, and extrusion molding. 【Features】 ■ High content Achieves blending of functional oils into polyolefins at up to 30%. ■ Controlled release High content functional oils are released over a long period, ensuring sustained effectiveness. ■ Non-tacky Forms an ultra-thin film on the surface of molded products and fibers, preventing stickiness. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
