"Green Nano" is an eco-technology that reduces CO2 emissions generated when incinerating plastic products.
Unlike plant-based plastics that are inferior in transparency and strength, only a small amount of functional masterbatch is added, so the performance of regular plastic products is almost maintained, and they can also be recycled. During implementation, the design, materials, and production equipment can remain the same, resulting in minimal effort and initial costs. Since only a small amount is added, it is possible to achieve "eco-friendliness" at a low cost among environmentally friendly plastics. 【Features】 ■ Only a small amount of functional masterbatch is added ■ The performance of regular plastic products is almost maintained ■ Can also be recycled ■ Minimal effort and initial costs during implementation ■ Can achieve "eco-friendliness" at a low cost *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Principle of CO2 Reduction】 ■ The carbonization promoter acts as a catalyst for dehydrogenation, facilitating the carbonization reaction that occurs when combustible gas is generated. ■ More carbides are produced than usual. ■ By trapping carbon in the residue (ash), the amount of CO2 released into the atmosphere is reduced. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
