Seal Hard is a colorless, odorless, and environmentally friendly concrete surface hardener that is non-polluting. It is a colorless and transparent liquid primarily composed of sodium silicate. After application, it penetrates the surface of the concrete and undergoes a chemical reaction with the concrete components, generating a glass-like substance on the surface. This chemical reaction continues over time with regular water washing that replenishes moisture. Concrete strengthened by Seal Hard becomes more beautiful and glossy with use and regular washing over the years. Even when a gloss develops, it does not become slippery. This application was divided into two parts. After the first application, a minimum of two weeks of floor curing is performed before the second application. The second application involves polishing to finish the floor. It results in a stronger and more beautiful gloss than standard specifications. Additionally, maintenance remains easy and, due to the polishing, the floor becomes even more resistant to dirt while maintaining the same standards as before.

  【Before Construction_Substrate】 Before washing the floor, I thoroughly check the condition of the floor. At this time, I select the pads and other tools to be used and anticipate the outcome. I had a feeling that it would turn out to be a good floor this time.

  Since it was a summer placement, we adopted E-CON. It is a membrane curing material that delays the hardening of the placement, allowing for a gradual increase in strength. By using E-CON, the initial plastic cracking during hardening can be reduced.

  [Cleaning Process] We will thoroughly wash using a polisher. By performing the washing process slowly and removing the fragile laitance layer, the way the materials penetrate will change. This cleaning is given the most time to ensure that materials can be directly applied to strong concrete.

  [Partial Completion] When the customer visited for a tour, we completed a portion of the work up to today's finish. This was done so they could see the difference between the floor after pouring and the finished work. I remember they were surprised by the difference. I wanted to exceed their expectations, so I worked even more carefully on the finishing.

  【Seal Hard】 I added plenty of material. I applied it with a mop, ensuring there were no gaps or unevenness both vertically and horizontally.
