We applied Seal Hard standard specifications to the management building of the school grounds. Inside the management building, we finished the floors of all rooms, including changing rooms, instructor rooms, entrances, storage rooms, and laundry rooms, with concrete base and Seal Hard. When I actually looked at the drawings and went for a site survey, I felt that Seal Hard was a good match. What is necessary for managing the grounds is "maintenance management and ease of use." This point perfectly aligns with the advantages of Seal Hard. The building is where athletes return after playing sports. Naturally, dirt and dust will come in. However, with the concrete finished with Seal Hard, a quick mop cleaning can make it spotless. Additionally, a well-wrung mop provides the Seal Hard floor with just the right amount of moisture, allowing the concrete to grow stronger and develop a glossy finish. The management building is a place that is not often exposed to many people. However, it is an essential facility and also serves as a place of relaxation after club activities. Seal Hard is a colorless, odorless, and environmentally friendly concrete surface hardener. It is a colorless and transparent liquid primarily composed of sodium silicate. After application, it penetrates the surface of the concrete and undergoes a chemical reaction with the concrete components, generating a glass-like substance on the surface. This chemical reaction continues over time with regular water washing, providing moisture replenishment. Concrete strengthened by Seal Hard becomes more beautiful and glossy with use and regular washing, developing a shine without becoming slippery. Seal Hard is widely used in warehouse and logistics center floors. The first application can be done after 7 days following concrete placement. Additionally, maintenance is easy, resulting in a strong floor that is resistant to dirt.

【Residue Removal】 If the seal hardener has not fully penetrated, the remaining portion will be collected by rinsing with water. Neglecting this removal can cause the floor to become slippery or lead to efflorescence. Make sure to wash it off thoroughly.
