At our company, we showcased new applications of inkjet printing at the "3D Surface Decoration Technology Exhibition 2020" by combining the "PrecisionCore Print Head" with our own robots, including printing on three-dimensional objects and curved surfaces. In this video, we demonstrate printing wiring on the top of a helmet using inkjet technology, which allows for electrical conduction and lights to illuminate. 【We solve the following customer challenges】 ■ We want to automate manual printing processes and innovate production. ■ We want to eliminate labeling processes for information provision and reduce labor. ■ We want to automate printing on disorganized layouts and moving workpieces, reducing the need for manual alignment. This demonstration received high praise and won the "Special Award" in the process category at this event.
