The basic principle of the Polaris individual organic matter active oxygen decomposition device. The mechanism of this device's disappearance is low-temperature decomposition of active oxygen. There is no ignition; instead, active oxygen species are applied to the material to start the decomposition, which then cuts and decomposes the carbon and hydrogen bonds of the organic matter. Since it is not combustion (the supplied oxygen is very low), the processing time is longer compared to combustion. - The temperature during decomposition is around 270°C, which does not reach the ignition temperature of the material. Additionally, the amount of supplied oxygen (air) is minimal, allowing for decomposition without combustion. - All residues turn into ash (inorganic matter), with a volume reduction rate of 1/300. - Active oxygen has a very strong sterilizing effect, and everything introduced is sterilized, making it ideal for the treatment of infectious medical waste. - The structure is very simple, resulting in very few malfunctions and minimal maintenance. - Polaris can be used safely and securely in areas where open flames are prohibited, as it does not use fire. - Polaris 3.0 is the largest device in the series, capable of decomposing waste with a large capacity of 3 cubic meters.
