(2) For data from one year after installation, the reduction amount will be calculated by comparing it with the same month of the previous year, and the eligibility for the guarantee will be determined based on the average reduction amount over the year. (3) This applies to factories and stores of companies, and only energy amounts related to air conditioning usage will be considered. *General residences are excluded.
