At Kokuyo Co., Ltd. Nagoya Distribution Center, the work environment on the intermediate floor before painting was like a steam room with no air conditioning and poor ventilation. However, after the Cool-Sarm coating in 1994, the indoor temperature dropped by 7°C, creating a comfortable environment. Ten years later (in 2004), when measuring the indoor temperature on a day with the same outdoor temperature as immediately after the installation, it was found to maintain a similar temperature, and air conditioning units were not needed or used.
