The DC Pulse Roller Synergy is a swing-type high-speed sorting unit that utilizes motors and drivers. It is provided as a unit that incorporates 3 to 5 roller units (cells) per row to branch the workpieces. Depending on the transport conditions, it can be arranged for single rows (1 row) as needed. The swing time for the cells is 0.1 seconds. The sorting capacity is 5,000 to 6,000 items per hour, allowing for high-speed sorting of large quantities of transported items. There are no steps during the sorting process, enabling high-speed, safe, and stable sorting of various transported items.
