● The deburring machine 'FDM-002' is an all-in-one deburring machine that achieves quality, cycle reduction, and cost reduction. ● A 6-axis compact robot allows for flexible tool access even in narrow spaces. ● Equipped with an air float-type deburring attachment that flexibly responds to variations in workpiece shape. ● Standardly equipped with a uniquely developed quick-change motor spindle that allows for one-touch tool replacement. ● The operation panel is rotatable and can be moved to the side during automatic operation, only coming to the front when needed for operation. ● The front door opens from both sides, ensuring an opening size of W537×H741 for workpiece loading. ● Standard features include a tool break detection switch, light curtain, internal LED lighting, a momentary switch, and a three-color signal tower. ● With external dimensions of W800×D1481×H1620, it has a compact design that fits within a tatami mat. ● The jig table can achieve further cycle reduction by adding control for the robot's additional axes (optional). ● If equipped with an ATC magazine, it can automatically exchange two types of cutting tools (optional). ● An oil pot for automatic application of cutting oil and a cutting edge cleaning brush unit for removing tool adhesion are also available (optional).
