"Hydroproof HT-SP" is an inorganic penetration and reactive deterioration and water absorption prevention agent. The sodium silicate in this product penetrates the substrate and, through hydrolysis, exhibits strong alkalinity, while the dried components protect against oil and grease. Additionally, after sufficient drying, the adhesion of topcoats such as water-based paints, oil-based paints, and asphalt is improved, enhancing their bonding strength. Particularly, the addition of metal oxides (lithium silicate) also improves water resistance and weather resistance.
