A lightweight and compact magnetic field generation device capable of generating a magnetic field of 0.5T with a 40mm gap is adopted. It automatically controls the temperature-dependent measurements of electrical resistance, Hall effect, and thermoelectric properties, calculates electrical resistivity, Hall coefficient, carrier density, etc., and extracts data to Excel.
