basic information
■Details of Processing Technology This is an electroless nickel plating that contains boron. It can form a high hardness film with a hardness of HV700 to 800 without heat treatment. Furthermore, by performing heat treatment at 300°C after plating, the hardness can be increased to around HV1000, improving wear resistance. A notable feature is that there is almost no discoloration during heat treatment. ■Available Sizes 450×500×1000, 1900×1000×10 (plate form) ■Weight Capacity 1 ton ■Processing Temperature During plating, the temperature is kept below 90°C, and hardness can be increased through heat treatment afterward. ■Base Material Processing is possible for almost all metals. ■Cautions (Disadvantages due to processing, etc.) Depending on the material and shape of the base material, pre-treatment may be required. In such cases, the available sizes may also change. ■Delivery Time (Varies by quantity and size) Approximately 1 week.
