In conventional technology, an economic feasibility required a daily food waste output of over 10 tons. However, about 90% of businesses have a food waste output of around 3 tons or less per day, making it difficult to utilize. The on-site biogasification system we are introducing has the following features: - It allows for the inexpensive production of fermentation tanks by utilizing general-purpose FRP purification tanks. - By adopting high-temperature fermentation at 55°C, it enables faster processing speeds and allows for the treatment of a larger amount of food waste within the same volume. As a result, it has become possible to operate even in small-scale facilities with a food waste output of 1 to 3 tons per day.
