Differences from Air Volume Regulators Air volume regulators generally have a needle mechanism that adjusts the gap through which air passes, thereby regulating the air volume. As a result, the air volume changes due to the air passing through a constant gap in response to pressure fluctuations. In contrast, regulators use a diaphragm mechanism to maintain a constant pressure against fluctuations in the source pressure, allowing for consistent air volume and enabling painting at a stable pressure, which stabilizes painting conditions. 4. Button Battery Operated It turns ON when detecting pressure above 0.02MPa and turns OFF at pressures below 0.02MPa, ensuring a safe design. If the power remains on, the battery will deplete in two weeks.
