【New Release】Hand Spray Gun: F111 A successor to the F110 series has been born. Its name is F111! It adopts a new atomization method using high micro-particle technology MMFT. What we pursued was "high performance," "ease of use," and "beauty." With a newly designed paint nozzle and air cap that integrate three technologies, it maintains the paint output and micro-particle size while ensuring uniform particle diameter. 1. Laval Nozzle Mechanism By maintaining and slowing down the flow rate of a small amount of air, it achieves high micro-particle generation and high coating efficiency. 2. Taper Control The micro-particle technology inherited from the original FINER has evolved. 3. Multi-stage Rectification Mechanism An R-shaped profile is set at the edge to streamline the air.

■Heat Shield Piston Reduces the bearings at the small end of the connecting rod, which are easily affected by compression heat. Additionally, coats a hollow structure aluminum piston with super engineering plastic. The coating blocks compression heat, and the hollow structure efficiently cools the entire piston, reducing the temperature of the large end bearings. This maintains product reliability even in high-temperature environments. ■High-Temperature Compatibility Tank mount type: Compatible with ambient temperatures up to 50°C Package type: Compatible with ambient temperatures up to 45°C ■Extension of Compressor Body Warranty to 2 Years This applies if the conditions of normal operation as per the instructions are met within 2 years of delivery and within 6,000 operating hours. ■Reduction of Consumable Parts Count Reduces consumable parts such as rider rings, pistons, and small end bearings. ■Increase in Discharge Air Volume by Up to 3% By adopting a cylinder offset structure and combining improvements in piston ring sealing and the feather valve, the discharge air volume is increased by up to 3% compared to conventional models (excluding 2.2kW models).

Stable Air Usage and Pressure 1) By equipping a regulator at the gun handle, it allows for painting at a constant pressure and air usage without being affected by pressure fluctuations (around 0.2MPa) during the compressor's ON-OFF load. 3. Difference from Air Flow Regulators 1) Air flow regulators fundamentally have a needle mechanism and adjust the air flow by changing the gap through which air passes, resulting in air quantity changes due to pressure fluctuations. In contrast, a regulator uses a diaphragm mechanism to maintain a constant pressure against variations in the source pressure, allowing for consistent air flow and enabling spraying at a constant pressure, stabilizing the painting conditions. 4. Button Battery Type (CR2032) It turns ON when detecting a pressure of 0.02MPa or higher and turns OFF below that, ensuring safety. If the power remains on, the battery will deplete in about 2W.
