The "Soar Pavement" involves mixing a chemical binder S with the surface soil of clay-based pavement and applying chemical binder S on the surface for finishing. The chloride component of the chemical binder absorbs moisture from the air and soil, providing an appropriate level of humidity to the soil particles and enhancing dust control.
