[2024 Issue Countermeasures] Improved Efficiency of Birth Induction! Truck Order Calling System
One-Touch Call Neo Go
By streamlining the berth guidance, we can reduce the waiting time for cargo. 【Calling System】
This is a system that allows you to call the next truck as soon as a berth becomes available. It can send designated berth information and guidance messages, which is effective in reducing waiting times and improving operational efficiency. 【Before Improvement】 There is downtime before calling the next truck, such as going to look for the next truck with a forklift or asking the driver for their mobile number to call them. 【After Implementation】 At the reception, the driver is given a receiver, and when their turn comes, they simply press the transmitter, allowing for easy one-touch operation to call with a message. *Note: Up to 10 messages must be pre-registered on a single transmitter. 【Benefits】 ■ Smoother guidance and reduced downtime ■ Reduced workload for employees ■ Privacy protection as there is no need to ask for the driver's mobile number ■ Reduced fuel consumption for forklifts Demo units are available for loan, and radio tests are currently being conducted. Please feel free to contact us. *There is also a one-touch call Neo without messages. It has a transmission range of about 300m to 1km and is recommended for locations where the call destination is predetermined.
