- The set foam is a rapid foaming hardening type that cures in about 60 seconds. - The set foam reaches almost final strength in about 30 minutes, allowing the tunnel to be used immediately. - After curing, there is almost no volume change such as expansion or contraction. - Foaming starts about 12 seconds after mixing, resulting in minimal penetration into the ground behind the lining concrete and leaks from cracks, leading to less waste. - Due to its rapid foaming hardening type, there is little escape, allowing for complete filling of cavities. - It foams and hardens even underwater, and its independent bubbles provide excellent water-stopping properties. - The cured material has a low density, resulting in a smaller load acting on the lining concrete surface. - Analysis results and numerous achievements confirm that it does not cause water quality pollution and is safe.
