The Koshigaya Lake Town Waterfront Town Development Center is a facility that has been experimentally developed as a base for various town development activities. As part of its efforts for environmental coexistence, it has introduced a ground heat utilization ventilation system called the "Geo Power System." By utilizing the temperature difference between underground and above ground, it brings in cool air in the summer and warm air in the winter, thereby reducing the load on air conditioning by using natural energy.
