We would like to introduce a case study of a major printer equipment manufacturer that has implemented the "Large Printer Built-in Cutting Circular Blade" from Kai Corporation. Paper is a very tough material for cutting tools. Not only is there the issue of paper dust, but the load on the blade edge is also significant, making it difficult to achieve durability with this material. During the development process, we formed a joint development project team with the customer, repeatedly testing prototype blades and holding development meetings. As a result, we completed a blade with the highest possible grinding precision, which resolved the issue of paper dust.
