Install a vent pipe on the lid! This water supply and shut-off mechanism is also used in toilet tanks and similar applications.
This is a custom-made case of a tapered stainless steel container used for the storage and supply of purified water delivered to a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The ball tap is equipped with a float ball, which lowers when the water in the tank decreases, automatically starting the water supply. When the water supply is activated, the float ball rises and stops the water supply at approximately 100 liters. Additionally, the container adopts a tapered design that slopes towards the outlet, allowing water to flow out smoothly until the very last drop. 【Case Overview】 - A stainless steel ball tap is installed for automatic water supply. - The mechanism for water supply and stop is also used in toilet tanks, etc. - A level sensor is attached to the helix on the lid for monitoring. - A vent pipe is installed on the lid. - A cheese fitting is attached to the outlet, allowing connection to two pipes. *Other cases can be viewed via "PDF Download." *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
