This is a sanitary trough that helps with the implementation of HACCP.
HACCP is a method for food hygiene and quality management established by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. In traditional concrete drainage systems, cracks can develop over time, which may allow bacteria to proliferate, making it difficult to achieve a hygienic drainage system. The Kanesou Sanitary Trench is an all-stainless steel drainage system with an integrated frame for drainage covers and drainage channels, preventing contamination by microorganisms and the intrusion of foreign substances. Additionally, by shaping the corners of the trench sides and bottom into an R shape, it becomes less likely for debris to accumulate, making cleaning easier. 【Product Lineup】 ■ For dry kitchens ■ On-site welding type ■ Assembly type *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information
-
On-site welded type sanitary trough This is a system that integrates the drainage channel through welding at the installation site. By ensuring the integrity of the connection points of the drainage channel through welding, high water tightness can be maintained.
-
Assembly Type Sanitary Trench This is a drainage system that is easy to install on-site, connected with bolts and packing. The joints can be easily assembled with bolts and nuts.
-
Dry kitchen sanitary trough This is a slit-type drainage channel that does not require a lid, suitable for use in dry kitchens where water is rarely spilled on the floor. A dry kitchen is one that remains dry at all times during operation, including the floor surface, and any spilled water is immediately drained, followed by a final rinse and drying of the kitchen. Therefore, it helps to prevent the rise in humidity within the kitchen due to water, as well as the growth of bacteria and mold.
