This is an outdoor storage facility for hazardous materials that corresponds to multiples of a specified quantity, with a capacity of 1 times or more and less than 10 times. It is a factory-produced, stable unit-type product suitable for storage, safekeeping, and management in compliance with the Fire Service Act! While the use of high-quality raw materials inevitably increases costs, we have set the weight to approximately 5.5 tons. This design ensures high durability against natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, as well as aging deterioration, thereby reducing the risk of collapse or damage. We believe this has the effect of preventing secondary disasters (for example, fires or explosions due to warehouse collapses or leaks). Specifications can also be modified for specific hazardous material storage with fire-resistant structures for beams and roofs. ■ Product Features - Walls, floors, and columns have a one-hour fire resistance - Ideal for storing gasoline and paints - Equipped with a standard explosion-proof manual chain block - Safe handling of heavy drums for loading and unloading - Completed products can be delivered by large trucks and can be installed in about half a day. * Customers need to prepare a rough-terrain crane of approximately 25 to 50 tons and an operator separately. * For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Detailed information

Floor structure made of reinforced concrete (patented) By providing a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 towards the catch basin, hazardous materials that leak out are collected into the catch basin without the use of a pit. Due to its heavy and low center of gravity design, it has the characteristic of not tipping over even during strong winds or earthquakes. Considering the susceptibility to rust of corrugated steel plates and the potential secondary disasters caused by the sliding of hazardous material containers during earthquakes, we successfully designed and developed a reinforced concrete floor. Patent obtained on December 26, 2014.

In light of the increase in accidents and disasters, in addition to strengthening fire safety guidance regarding the storage and handling of hazardous materials, the obligation for risk assessments of all chemicals that fall under GHS standards will significantly increase the number of chemical substances that must be managed. The "Shoki-kun," which is easy to install and robustly constructed, is suitable for the storage of toxic and hazardous substances, taking into account fire safety laws and technical standards. We recommend its introduction not only to prevent secondary disasters during emergencies and accidents but also from the perspective of compliance adherence.
