This is an outdoor hazardous material storage facility designed to accommodate specified quantities of hazardous substances that are 1/5 times or more, but less than 1 times the designated amount. It is a factory-produced, stable unit-type product suitable for storage, preservation, and management in compliance with the fire prevention regulations of each municipality. While the use of high-quality raw materials inevitably increases costs, the unit is designed to weigh approximately 2.7 tons, making it highly durable against aging as well as natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, thereby reducing the risk of collapse or damage. This is believed to help prevent secondary disasters (for example, fires or explosions caused by warehouse collapses or leaks). ■ Product Features - Can also be used as a toxic substance storage facility in addition to a small hazardous materials storage. - Ideal for storing alcohol and paints. - Completed products can be delivered by large vehicles and can be installed in about half a day. Relocation is also possible with re-registration. * Customers need to prepare a rough terrain crane of about 25 to 50 tons and an operator separately. * For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Reinforced concrete floor structure (patent obtained) By providing a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 towards the sump, hazardous materials that leak out are collected into the sump without the use of a pit. Due to its heavy and low center of gravity design, it has the characteristic of not tipping over during strong winds or earthquakes. Considering the susceptibility to rust of corrugated steel plates and the potential secondary disasters caused by the sliding of hazardous material containers during earthquakes, we successfully designed and developed a reinforced concrete floor. Patent obtained on December 26, 2014.

In light of the increase in accidents and disasters, in addition to strengthening fire safety guidance regarding the storage and handling of hazardous materials, the obligation for risk assessments of all chemicals that fall under GHS standards will significantly increase the number of chemical substances that must be managed. The "Shoki-kun," which is easy to install and robustly constructed, is suitable for the storage of toxic and hazardous substances, taking into account fire safety laws and technical standards. We recommend its introduction not only to prevent secondary disasters during emergencies and accidents but also from the perspective of compliance adherence.
