This is an outdoor "Hazardous Material Indoor Storage" facility designed to accommodate multiples of a specified quantity, with a capacity of 1 to less than 10 times that amount. It is a factory-produced, stable unit-type product suitable for storage, safekeeping, and management in compliance with the Fire Service Act! While the use of high-quality raw materials inevitably increases costs, we have set the weight to approximately 3.3 tons, ensuring high durability against natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons, as well as aging deterioration. This significantly reduces the risk of collapse or damage, thereby preventing secondary disasters (such as fires, explosions, or leaks caused by warehouse collapses). It is also possible to modify the specifications to convert it into a specific hazardous materials storage facility with fire-resistant structures for beams and roofs. ■ Product Features - Walls, floors, and columns have a one-hour fire resistance - Ideal for storing gasoline and paints - Completed products can be delivered by large trucks and can be installed in about half a day. Relocation is also possible with re-notification. * Customers will need to prepare a rough terrain crane (25t to 50t) and an operator separately. ■Reinforced concrete floor structure (patent obtained) By providing a three-dimensional slope of 1/100 towards the sump, hazardous materials that leak out are collected into the sump without using a pit. Due to its heavy and low center of gravity design, it has the characteristic of not tipping over during strong winds or earthquakes. Considering the susceptibility to rust of corrugated steel plates and the potential secondary disasters caused by the sliding of hazardous material containers during earthquakes, we successfully designed and developed a reinforced concrete floor. Patent obtained on December 26, 2014.
