At the Niigata Prefecture Sports Park, facility reservations were managed by phone and recorded in a ledger. However, as the demand for facility use increased, issues such as receiving or not receiving cancellation notifications arose, leading to a need for some kind of system to be implemented. Thus, 'nexres' was introduced. Phone reservations were abolished, allowing staff to handle other tasks. Additionally, users can now make reservations 24/7 and check availability, resulting in an increase in reservations made the day before or on the same day.
