Our company offers an employee education service called "New Employee Training" to teach self-care for mental and physical well-being, in order to prevent employees from leaving due to health issues without being able to fully utilize their abilities after joining the company. We have a 1-day course and a 2-day course available. The 1-day course is designed to help participants understand the meaning of working with a healthy body and aims for them to be able to express their unique strengths towards the company's philosophy.
