This time, we would like to introduce a bag-making case for a customer who requested notch processing. The shape of the notch that we can handle is the hexagonal notch. The overall size is 3mm in height and 6mm in width, and the width of the notch to be processed will be adjusted as needed for the bag. (There may be slight width variations depending on the product.) Additionally, you can specify the processing position. Furthermore, this customer was very concerned about whether the bag would wrinkle when sealed using heat during the filling process. With standard films, wrinkles are indeed more likely to occur, and the degree of wrinkling can vary depending on the temperature of the heat applied. Therefore, we proposed the use of single-sided heat seal film. This film can be fused at a lower temperature compared to standard films, which helps reduce wrinkles compared to heat treatment at higher temperatures. While it is difficult to completely eliminate wrinkles due to temperature factors, the customer was satisfied with the results.
