Large-sized aluminum vapor-deposited films are very prone to wrinkling, and when side seal processing is performed, the conditions become even more likely to cause wrinkles. However, there was a request to somehow create bags without wrinkles. Even with similar machines, it is possible to reduce wrinkling by changing the way they are used. Additionally, the condition of the film also affects the outcome, so by being careful from the earlier stages of the process, we were able to finish the bags without wrinkles. We would like to introduce a case study for M Automotive. The purpose was to place a safety standard compliance certificate label while waiting for the vehicle registration certificate to be completed. Initially, it was affixed with tape, but this led to complaints about tape residue, which prompted a consultation. We received three requests: (1) no tape residue left behind, (2) a desire to reduce costs, and (3) a need for more flexibility in size. While we could achieve cost reduction with the tape we use, we were unsure if it would leave residue on the glass surface, so we conducted a test by applying it to a company vehicle. Since it was stated that the tape would only be applied for a maximum of two weeks, we confirmed that it could be left on for three weeks without any issues. We then submitted samples for approval and received an order. Therefore, we created the header part using only ultrasonic sealing without inserting a core. This allowed us to reduce the price compared to conventional methods. The strength has been tested with sample submissions. An LED display exceeding 77,000 square feet will energize a new venue in 2027. Brookings, South Dakota – April 21, 2025 – Daktronics, an LED lighting manufacturer based in Brookings, South Dakota, has been selected as the official large display partner of the Tennessee Titans and will manufacture and install 37 displays totaling over 77,000 square feet at the team's new Nissan Stadium, set to open in 2027.
