Solve maintenance site challenges with remote support smart glasses!
InfoLinker3・LinkerWorks
Remote support for on-site supervisors and maintenance workers through video calls, and work management using work history stored in the cloud.
An industrial smart glass solution that accelerates DX in maintenance sites! By providing work support through video calls between remote maintenance workers and managers, we can elevate skills to the same level as experienced maintenance workers. Since tasks can be performed while confirming work procedures, it helps prevent mistakes and allows for the recording of work results as a history. ● Industrial Smart Glass "InfoLinker3" This is a Japanese-made industrial smart glass equipped with 4G LTE communication capabilities. It features communication via 4G LTE, dust and water resistance, hands-free operation through voice commands, and long-term use with battery replacement during operation, incorporating the necessary functions for industrial use. ● Remote Support Software "LinkerWorks" This is remote support software implemented in the smart glasses. Applications/Examples of results
● Hands-free operation with voice commands In maintenance environments, it is possible to operate machines and perform tasks using tools hands-free through voice commands, ensuring that work is not interrupted. ● Maintenance according to work processes Workers can progress through tasks according to work processes created in advance by the administrator, automatically saving evidence of the work performed. ● Receiving instructions while monitoring site conditions from remote supervisors Maintenance workers equipped with smart glasses can connect in real-time with work managers and supervisors located remotely, allowing them to accurately issue instructions while viewing the site conditions through the worker's perspective camera feed. ● Real-time confirmation of work status from a distance It is possible to check the work status and leave evidence in areas accessible only to workers. For example, in an automobile dealership, mechanics can conduct sales with salespeople inside the dealership while confirming the condition of vehicles in real-time through video, allowing both customers and salespeople to efficiently assess and make decisions about the situation.
