Light curing (UV crosslinking) possible! UV-curable elastomer with excellent heat resistance and adhesion.
The "Styrene-Isoprene-Styrene (SIS) Block Copolymer System" is a material that combines the strong adhesion of hot melt SIS systems with the heat resistance of solvent-based SIS rubber systems. Compared to solvent-based systems, it enables faster and more efficient processing and production for adhesive applications. It has heat resistance equivalent to acrylic-based adhesives and superior adhesion strength, making it suitable for automotive applications (such as securing interior parts) and construction materials. 【Features】 ■ Peel and adhesive performance suitable for adhesive applications ■ Heat resistance demonstrated in shear failure temperature tests is 120-150°C (depending on the level of light curing) ■ Low-energy, low-viscosity hot melt processing is possible ■ Compared to solvent-based systems, it allows for faster and more efficient processing and production in adhesive applications ■ Particularly lower VOC levels compared to solvent-based SIS rubber systems *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
