Detailed information
-
With electric drive, towing power is unnecessary, achieving rationalization and labor-saving in transportation tasks. Operation allows for one-person work with push-button control for forward and reverse movement.
-
The electric rollers can move autonomously, allowing for the transportation of heavy objects without the use of towing devices. Rollers without a drive mechanism required anchoring or other fixes to be towed using winches. Electric rollers solve the problem in sites where anchoring is not possible and there is no place to secure towing devices, eliminating the hassle of installing towing devices and improving process efficiency.
-
Example of use 1) Transporting a total weight of 10t... 1 electric roller of 5t + 2 driven rollers. It is assumed that the weight of the front half of the moving object, which has a total weight of 10t (uniform load), is supported by the electric roller, hence the label states "Load capacity 5t, maximum transport total weight 10t."
-
Usage example 2) Transporting a total weight of 20t... 2 electric rollers of 5t + 2 driven rollers (please ensure that the load is always applied to the 2 electric rollers).
-
Usage Example 3) Transporting a total weight of 20t... 4 electric rollers of 5t each (Please ensure that the load is always applied to all 4 electric rollers.)
