Using TA electrodes or SA electrodes! Processing can be done without deformation or cracking due to heat.
"MS Coating" is a new surface treatment technology that forms a coating of metal or conductive ceramics on the surface of the workpiece through repeated micro-pulse discharges. It uses electrodes made from powdered materials and processes the workpiece in discharge machining oil, which is commonly used in discharge machining. Locally, the material reaches high temperatures that can melt it, but overall, the processing proceeds at room temperature. Therefore, it is possible to treat the workpiece without causing deformation or cracking due to heat. 【Features】 ■ Uses electrodes made from powdered materials (TA electrode or SA electrode) ■ Processing in discharge machining oil ■ Material from the melted electrode transfers to the melted part of the workpiece, forming a coating ■ Treatment can be performed without causing deformation or cracking of the workpiece due to heat *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Prototype precision sheet metal fabrication includes standard attachment of data measured with a three-dimensional measuring machine. We can accommodate high-precision products with short lead times, small lot sizes, and even single pieces. We offer one-stop solutions for post-processing, including MS coating (discharge surface treatment), ultra-fine discharge machining (minimum hole diameter of 3μm), wire discharge machining, metal and resin cutting, as well as surface treatments such as plating and anodizing, heat treatment, and painting.
