Universal parts feeder using parts feeder + vision system + robot.
A new parts feeder using a feeder + vision system. Eliminates feeder jams and significantly reduces downtime. ◉ Continuous stable feeding with automatic rejection of defects resolves downtime caused by misfeeding. ◉ Traditionally, one parts feeder was required for each type of part, but the 'Vision Feeder' can handle multiple parts with just one unit. By incorporating image processing signals from the vision system and utilizing arc conveyor tracking technology, commands are sent to the robot, achieving stable picking of workpieces. This allows for the supply of a wide variety of workpieces with a single parts feeder. A feeder that does not jam. ★ For more details, please check the catalog or product list on our website. ★ Trials can also be arranged at our factory. Please feel free to contact us.
