General-purpose parts feeder with parts feeder + vision system + robot.
A new parts feeder using a feeder + vision system. Eliminates feeder jams and significantly reduces downtime. ◉ Traditionally, one parts feeder is required for each type of part, but with the "Vision Feeder," multiple parts can be mixed with just one unit. ◉ We have independently developed a robot motion program that works in conjunction with a work identification vision system. ◉ By incorporating image processing signals from the vision system and utilizing arc conveyor tracking technology, we send motion commands to the robot, achieving stable picking of the workpieces. As a result, a single parts feeder can handle a wide variety of workpieces. A feeder that does not jam. ★ For more details, please refer to the catalog or product list on our website. ★ We also offer trials at our factory. Please feel free to contact us.
