We would like to introduce a case study of our secretariat operation support service. We are responsible for everything from building the advance registration system for attendees at exhibitions held at venues like Tokyo Big Sight to the overall operations on the day of the event. We start constructing systems such as exhibitor-only registration, attendee registration, and seminar registration three months before the exhibition, and we arrange all production materials including manuals, attendee badges, and exhibitor badges. On the day of the exhibition, we oversee the operations at the venue and also provide barcode readers for exhibitors. After the exhibition, we process the attendee data into various delivery formats and handle the delivery.
