This is an example of a private construction project where a property that was sold off from public housing is being renovated into a company dormitory. The initial design involved open excavation without soil retention, but it was deemed impractical due to the proximity of buildings. Therefore, "Quick Soil Retention BOX-type Panels" along with "Vertical Beam Connection Fittings" and "Long Support" were used.
