Local governments and companies collaborate to recycle mixed waste as a resource! Total support for building a system tailored to disaster debris processing sites.
The disaster debris mixed soil separation system "DIMS" is a system that can recycle mixed waste, which is the biggest obstacle to disaster recovery (reconstruction), by separating soil, combustible materials, non-combustible materials, and metal fragments as recyclable resources. It is composed of multiple types of equipment centered around an inclined apron conveyor, roll screens, pressure sieves (Power Grind Screens), and combustible separators, making it effective for soil separation. 【Total Support from Proposal to Execution for Disaster Soil Processing】 Our company provides total support for building systems tailored to disaster soil processing sites, from proposal to execution. Using our mobile disaster processing plants, we collaborate with local governments and businesses to implement rapid disaster recovery (reconstruction) efforts. It is also possible to bring demo units to the site for performance verification and conduct test separations. For inquiries about emergencies or demo units, please contact us directly.

"Learning from the Recovery of the Great East Japan Earthquake: The Necessity of 'Mobility Aimed at Rapid Recovery'" To efficiently separate and reuse disaster-mixed soil and debris, it is essential to assess the properties of the materials and implement a system that combines machines with different capabilities. During the recovery (reconstruction) from the Great East Japan Earthquake, while the amount of disaster-mixed soil and debris increased, the production period for specialized machinery to address this took more than six months. The technological foundation of DIMS was established during this time. By pre-manufacturing this specialized equipment and creating a system that allows for rapid provision in emergencies, we believed it would enable quicker recovery of disaster-stricken areas and the resumption of the economy, and thus we developed it. In the recovery (reconstruction) work from the Great East Japan Earthquake and at the interim storage and treatment facility in Fukushima Prefecture, there have been over 20 instances of adoption, demonstrating extensive processing experience.
