The 1465 series signal generator, with a frequency range of 100 kHz to 67 GHz, features a high-purity spectrum and high output power. The phase noise of the single sideband at a 10 GHz carrier with a 10 kHz frequency offset is -126 dBc/Hz. The maximum output power reaches up to 1 W at a 20 GHz carrier, and the dynamic range of output power is 150 dB. All these specifications can meet the high-end requirements for electromagnetic signal testing. Furthermore, the 1465 signal generator is equipped with high-precision analog sweeping and high-performance analog and pulse modulation capabilities, featuring a maximum bandwidth of the internal modulation signal generator of up to 10 MHz, various signal waveforms, a minimum pulse width of 20 ns, and flexible pulse sequences to satisfy the testing requirements for analog and pulse modulation. It is also equipped with a 10.1-inch display screen with a resolution of 1280×800 and numerous independent operation styles such as buttons, mouse, and touchscreen, enhancing user experience and testing efficiency. The 1465 signal generator can generate high-quality continuous wave or modulated signals.
