There are five sizes! If it becomes unnecessary, it can be dissolved as material, making it environmentally friendly for recycling.
The "Casting Frame" is a metal frame specifically designed for castings, which is less prone to deterioration and resistant to rust compared to steel frames. In addition to its integral structure unique to castings, it has a thickness of 25mm, making it a strong frame. By constructing the beam in a T-shape and providing protrusions on the entire inner surface, the contact area between the frame and the sand is increased, securely fixing the mold. 【Features】 ■ High strength due to integral structure ■ Reinforced beam structure for secure mold fixation ■ Produces castings with minimal flash ■ Rust-resistant due to being made of cast material ■ Excellent for recycling *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company manufactures and sells cast products. We produce materials such as FC (gray cast iron), FCD (ductile cast iron), and alloy cast iron, using a molding process with organic self-hardening molds and a combination of semi-automated lines and manual work. We handle weights ranging from 50kg to 4,000kg, with a maximum monthly production of 200 units per type. With 130 years of technology and the latest IT advancements, we provide a stable supply of cast products. Our clean factory has changed the image of casting plants, where young talent is actively engaged. With the establishment of the "Shirakawa Sogizai Valley" complex in the Shirakawa area of Fukushima Prefecture, we aim to process materials created through casting, forging, and die casting in the surrounding region, utilizing local advantages to provide finished components reliably both domestically and internationally, while promoting globalization.
