Inline diaphragm for simultaneous measurement of temperature and pressure for sanitary use.
Model:983
Simultaneous measurement of pressure and temperature at a single installation point. Ideal for clean services and sanitary applications with no dead space, as well as for SIP and CIP.
It is used to protect pressure measuring instruments in applications that use media that are difficult to measure with conventional diaphragm structures. To achieve measurements in demanding applications, we offer various designs, materials, and system filling liquids. Pressure and temperature can be measured at a single installation point. A complete circular diaphragm is adopted to avoid dead space, preventing blockage of the media within the process and contributing to quality assurance through complete cleanability. It can withstand the cleaning steam temperatures generated in SIP processes and ensures an aseptic connection between the media and the diaphragm seal. The instrument can be installed not only as a mechanical pressure gauge but also as a pressure transmitter. The diaphragm seal can be easily integrated into existing pipe surfaces to adapt to common pipe standards and nominal widths. <Product Specifications> - Simultaneous measurement of pressure and temperature at one location - Complete circular diaphragm shape that does not create dead space - Structure that allows automatic drainage at all mounting positions - Can be quickly cleaned without leaving residues - Suitable for SIP and CIP processes. basic information
Inline diaphragm seals are used in applications that utilize media that are difficult to measure with standard diaphragm structures. The diaphragm effectively separates the measuring instrument from the media, and pressure is transmitted to the pressure gauge through the filling liquid within the diaphragm seal system. We offer various designs, materials, and filling liquids. Simultaneous measurement of pressure and temperature is possible at a single installation site. A complete circular diaphragm (European Patent No. 0609846) is adopted to eliminate dead space, contributing to quality assurance through complete cleanability. It can withstand the cleaning steam temperatures generated during the SIP process, ensuring an aseptic connection between the media and the diaphragm seal. Either a mechanical pressure gauge or a pressure transmitter can be installed. The diaphragm seal can be easily integrated into existing piping to adapt to international standard nominal widths. <Specifications> - Pressure range: 0 to 4 MPa (also compatible with low pressure and compound pressure) - Temperature range: 0 to 150°C - Wetted part material: SUS316L - 3-A, FDA certified *For more details, please refer to the product data sheet.
