The NEUMO BioControl connection housing offers various designs of the BioControl system to meet the advanced requirements of aseptic processes and has obtained type certification. - Housing (G) This is a flow-through housing equipped with a welded end for direct orbital welding to the pipeline (process connection). By using two aseptic flange connections, it allows for the connection of pressure and temperature gauges without dead space, complying with hygienic standards. - Housing, angled variant (U) This is a 90° angled variation of the flow-through housing. It is particularly suitable for connecting temperature gauges with a long insertion length. - Mounting flange (B) Developed for mounting pressure and temperature gauges to aseptic equipment. It allows for the installation of equipment without creating dead space in the container. - Blind flange (D) Seals the housing or the angled housing variant.
