NEUMO BioControl connection housing, flange. Designed without dead space and hygienically, compliant with pharmaceutical industry standards.
The BioControl system, ideal for pharmaceutical and food applications, has developed housings and flanges for connecting pressure and temperature instruments for aseptic processes. We offer various designs of the BioControl system to meet the advanced requirements of aseptic processes. - Housing (G) This is a flow-through housing equipped with a welded end for direct orbital welding to the pipeline (process connection). By using two aseptic flange connections, it allows for the connection of pressure and temperature instruments without dead space and in compliance with hygienic standards. - Housing, angled variant (U) This is a 90° angled variant of the flow-through housing. It is particularly suitable for connecting temperature instruments with a long insertion length. - Mounting flange (B) Developed for mounting pressure and temperature instruments to aseptic equipment. It allows for the installation of equipment without creating dead space in the container. - Blind flange (D) Seals the housing or the angled housing variant.
