By printing wood grain on substrates such as engineered wood, we create a faux finish that mimics species like oak and cypress!
The "Direct Printing Machine," a collaborative product with BLC Co., Ltd. that Techno Hands is involved with, allows for the printing of wood grain on substrates such as laminated wood and MDF, simulating the appearance of wood species like oak and hinoki. A primer paint that conceals the substrate is applied to MDF alone or to laminated softwoods. Then, using this printing machine, wood grain and vessels are transferred and embossed, followed by a coloring paint finish, making the product appear closer to solid wood. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
