The "Direct Printing Machine," a collaborative product with BLC Co., Ltd. that Techno Hands is involved with, allows for the printing of wood grain on substrates such as laminated wood and MDF, simulating the appearance of wood species like oak and hinoki. A primer paint that conceals the substrate is applied to MDF alone or to laminated softwoods. • Plastering and painting work

At Techno Hands, we offer "hand spray painting using a dry booth." We accept painting for everything from large products like doors, counters, and furniture to small items like handles and parts. Additionally, we have two dry booths with a width of 4 meters each, making mass production possible. We also handle both water-based and oil-based paints. At Techno Hands, we have an "Automatic Spray Painting Machine." It is capable of painting products up to 200mm in width, 30m in thickness, and 4200mm in length, primarily excelling in mass production of long items such as door frames and window frames, as well as moldings like baseboards and crown moldings. Additionally, it paints at a speed of 60m per minute, allowing for over 2000 pieces of 4000mm long products to be painted in a single day. By using NC machines for processing, we ensure precise finishing for hinged doors, sliding doors, hanging doors, and parent-child doors. Additionally, by coordinating with NC processing machines for frames, we can also deliver them in a pre-hung state.
