The Hot Water Dispenser (Tabletop Electric Kettle) EHWD-14 is an electric kettle that provides hot water at temperatures above 90°C "anytime." Its unique control system, "Step Boil" (patented), allows for gradual water heating, preventing temperature drops while increasing the amount of hot water. Additionally, it automatically replenishes and heats water, eliminating the need for manual water supply tasks. The labor cost associated with replenishing water in pots and similar tasks is estimated to be around 30,000 yen per month (according to our research). When maintenance personnel are assigned to hot water supply in eat-in spaces at convenience stores and supermarkets, they may be forced to increase staffing by about one person during peak hours. The EHWD-14 contributes to labor reduction and cost savings in such maintenance operations while being a convenient product for users.
