We will solve contact failures, insufficient lifespan, peripheral device damage due to surge voltage, and device malfunctions caused by leakage current seen in relays used in FA systems.
The FA market-oriented Bestact DIN rail-mounted relay FA2DE20 features glass-sealed contacts, making it unaffected by harsh environments such as humidity in food processing sites, ensuring excellent contact reliability. Additionally, with fewer moving parts in the contact mechanism, it has a long mechanical lifespan, making it ideal for high-frequency switching. When interrupting inductive loads, it performs glow discharge, resulting in minimal surges, preventing damage to electronic components of surrounding devices caused by surge voltages during contact opening and closing, which can be seen in other relays. For issues where semiconductor relay leakage current causes equipment malfunctions, the Bestact plug-in relay for the FA market provides complete insulation with mechanical contacts (contact insulation voltage of 800V for 1 minute). We invite you to try the Bestact plug-in relay for the FA market, designed to solve your relay-related problems in FA systems. Please feel free to contact us for quotes or consultations regarding any issues you may have.

Company information
For over 40 years, our relays and sensors have been trusted and used in various markets where reliability and safety are essential, such as in Shinkansen (bullet trains) and steel manufacturing. With advantages such as an electrical lifespan that is twice that of standard relays and a failure rate of 1/20 under low loads, we contribute to improving equipment reliability while also reducing running costs by decreasing the frequency of replacements. Leveraging the excellent environmental resistance of our products, they perform well even in harsh conditions, such as in vegetable factories where humidity is present.
